Shipping Information

Toysdownunder.com uses Australia Post for all of our shipping. 

We fill all in-stock orders as soon as possible. Due to normal variations in order volume, this may be up to 2 business days. We make no guarantee of same-day shipping, however orders placed before 2pm EST we endeavour to ship the same day.  

 A shipping confirmation email, with tracking information if applicable, will be sent on the evening that your order was shipped. 

All products that you are able to place in your cart are in stock and ready to ship.  You can choose between standard, standard insured and express.  

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of items you have purchased and the destination.  You can get details of exactly what your shipping cost will be by adding items to your cart, then use the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" area which will give you quotes for each of the postage types available. See example image below:

Most helicopter parts and electronic parts can be shipped anywhere in Australia for $5.60 using standard postage and $8.50 using Express Post.  Helicopters are larger and heavier and the price varies from $10 to around $20 for shipping within Australia.

If you live in Perth and your order is over $10 pickup can be arranged.  Once you have placed your order you will be contacted to arrange the pickup.
